I see google tops the list as the Uk’s most popular online brand. Google is developing too much of a monopoly for its own good. Microsoft and Apple have slipped down the list. Google is the new Microsoft and Microsoft is either loved or hated. Me … I hate Microsoft …. pompous attitude that they have … a holier than thou attitude.

My NippyZip site is doing extremely well. It’s a custom made site and allows users to zip and send their files online.
It demands no input on my behalf and it is growing in popularity every day.
Well done NippyZip!

I’ve been busy working on some websites …. I am designing/coding/making about 5 sites at the same time.
Unfortunately I’m a stickler when it comes to design etc. so every detail is taking time to do.
Image mapping is where I’m doing at the moment.
So ….. normal service will be resumed shortly!

The chestnut tree that comforted Anne Frank while she hid from the Nazis during the Second World War is to be cut down next week because it is too diseased to be saved.
The 150-year-old tree has fungus and moths that have caused more than half of its trunk to rot.
The tree is familiar to millions of readers of The Diary of Anne Frank as she made several references to it in the diary that she kept during the 25 months she remained indoors until the family was arrested in August 1944.

Everywhere I look I see thumbs.db!
What the hell is it I hear you say? Well …. the short answer …. it’s a Bill Gates invention.
In short the Windows operating system produces this file when items in a folder are displayed as thumbnails (as opposed to tile, icon, list, or detail view). I wouldn’t be so put out by thumbs.db only for the fact that each and every thumbs.db file takes up valuable space on my hard drive.
The thumbs.db file is a database file. No harm is done by deleting thumbs.db files. There is no need to include them in your system backups. Whether you see these files or not is a function of your File Options settings. So get rid of them!!

weslicetomatoes = conman!
I wrote about Kenneth Parris of weslicetomatoes previously.
Another few weeks have passed by and no money …
So Kenneth Parris …. You are a CONMAN! His business weslicetomatoes is a front for a conman.
He never had any intention of paying me back.
All would be customers of weslicetomatoes …. avoid him like the plague. Don’t get weslicetomatoes to do your coding or design.
He hasn’t a clue about what he is doing and he is a total scam artist.
weslicetomatoes …. synonomous with the word CONMAN!

Actor Daniel Craig has signed a €41m ($60m) deal to star in the next four ‘James Bond’ films.
The 39-year-old is filming Bond 22 at the moment - his second film as secret agent 007 following the success of 2006’s ‘Casino Royale’ - and movie executives have reportedly signed him up for another three films, tying him to the franchise for the next 10 years.
Craig’s predecessor, Pierce Brosnan, starred in four Bond movies - but the longest-serving 007 star is still Roger Moore, who played the iconic role in seven films between 1973 and 1985.
Good man Daniel …. your bank manager will be happy!
